Honestly I don’t know how the other questions are gonna pan out but I think these last four are likely to be the ones that most Albertans vote down simply cause the framing is absolute BS right out of the gate

Thanks for the coverage.

Who pray tell will be representing the NO "side" during the lengthy counting of ballots on Dani's opinion survey?

The really strange thing about the questions mentioned here on the "Constitutional" issues(?) is that they are really unnecessary questions. There apparently exists, a Council on the Constitution or some such body, which I understand is made up of the Premiers and perhaps others from Provincial and Federal governments. I do know of anything in the Constitution Act 1982 nor the British North America Act 1867 that prevents provinces from suggesting or even trying to persuade the Federal Government to make a change to the Cosntitution. In fact, is there not a section of the 1982 Act, which describes how a change would need to be made. I am uncertain if the Act actually desribes how an Amendment would be brought forward. Can such a motion only be made by the House of Commons, Government or can such a motion to amend come from provinces who agree on a change? Changing the C;onstitution is not in and of itself a bad idea. It depends on what the change is likely to be, as pointed out in the essay.
